Who we are

Check And Shop is an independent product-discovery publication started in 2025. We are a small editorial team based in India that spends our days comparing gadgets, home essentials and everyday products sold on Amazon India and Flipkart. We are not a marketplace, a reseller or an Amazon-owned property — we simply help you cut through marketing noise and pick the right thing the first time.

What we publish

• Buying guides — round-ups like "Top 5 Power Banks Under ₹2000" with picks for every budget.
• Honest comparisons — side-by-side reviews of two or three popular options.
• Deal alerts — genuine price drops verified against 30-day price history.
• Short-form shop videos — under-60-second product demos linked directly to the listing.

How we choose products

Every product on this site has to pass our checklist before it is recommended:

• Minimum 4-star average rating with at least 500 verified buyer reviews on Amazon India or Flipkart.
• Recent price-history check (no fake "discounts" from inflated MRPs).
• Active manufacturer warranty and a real Indian seller.
• Hands-on category research, spec comparisons and review-mining — never auto-generated lists.
• Stock and rating are re-verified by our automated systems multiple times a week.

How we make money

Check And Shop is free to read. We participate in the Amazon Associates Programme and the Flipkart Affiliate Programme. When you click a "Check on Amazon" or "Buy on Flipkart" button and complete a purchase, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. Editorial independence

We do not accept paid reviews, sponsored placements, or "pay-to-rank" arrangements. If a brand sends a product for testing, we say so on the page — and we keep the right to publish a negative review.
